Our Flavors of Japan Spice Set features three essential Japanese table seasonings – our handcrafted Japanese Sesame Seasoning (Gomashio), Spicy Japanese Seven Spice (Shichimi Togarashi), and Japanese Seaweed Seasoning (Furikake). Try any of the blends on rice, noodles (ramen, soba, or udon), avocados, salads, eggs, stir-fried veggies, tofu, and shrimp. Our Spicy Japanese Seven Spice is also great for flavoring an Asian-style vinaigrette, or as the main component in marinades for pork, chicken, and shrimp.
