Vietnamese cinnamon has the highest essential oil content of the cinnamons we sell, giving it the most intense, spicy, sweet flavor. Perfect for recipes where you want the cinnamon flavor to dominate, like in homemade cinnamon rolls. Or to hold its own with other spices, as in Asian-style soups like Pho.
