Our handcrafted Vietnamese Spicy BBQ Seasoning begins with the warming, sweet elements of Chinese Five Spice like cinnamon and star anise. Then turmeric is mixed in - for its vibrant color and aroma- along with ginger, for their peppery, citrus notes. Finally, to spice things up, dashes of cayenne pepper are blended in to create a deliciously, medium-spicy Vietnamese seasoning.
