Cloves are the dried, unopened flower buds from a tropical evergreen tree now found in many parts of Southeast Asia and tropical South Asia. Harvested by hand in Sri Lanka, our cloves - offered in whole and ground form - are high in the essential oil of eugenol, giving the spice its pleasing aroma and warming flavor.
